New to open water? Feeling unsure about cold water, sighting, or swimming outside of the pool?
This 6 week course, led by Liz, is designed specifically for swimmers who want to build confidence and develop the skills needed to feel calm, capable and safe in open water.
You will learn:
Open water safety essentials
How to enter and exit confidently
Breathing and relaxation techniques
Sighting and swimming in a straight line
Managing nerves and building trust in your ability
Small group sizes ensure plenty of support, guidance and encouragement.
