‘I love swimming but I can’t get the breathing.’ This is something we hear all the time and often holds people back from enjoying swimming. Lots of people don’t like putting their head under because they feel panicky or simply don’t know when or how to breathe when swimming. Many of us have never been taught aquatic breathing or how to relax in the water. This mini workshop is designed to give you tips to help you breathe and remain calm. Perfect for those who want to conquer putting their face in the water in a relaxed and non judgemental environment.
