Water Stories - Recovery

In this last of our short film features, Mehbooba discusses how learning to swim and the cold water has helped her manage her Fibromyalgia symptoms, her depression and provided her with a friendly community of swimmers with whom she has swum with all winter. She talks about the importance of finding time to swim in cold water, and be outside with others to maintain wellbeing and positive mental health.
