Water Stories - Reconnect

Open Water Swimming can provide a welcoming community and lifeline for people who are socially isolated. In our second of our Water Stories our very own Wafa talks about the importance of swimming for her own wellbeing and that of the women who we teach.

These are a series of shorts designed to showcase the diverse and inclusive side of the open water swimming community along with the mental health and wellbeing benefits it can provide. This is a platform for those who are sometimes less visible in blue spaces with the intention to educate and inspire.
