Our mission

is to strengthen mental health and wellbeing within communities by widening access to nature and blue spaces.

  • Wild Swimming for Wellbeing

    A group wellbeing programme proven to improve mental health and reduce social isolation through group cold water immersion. Referred in through GP/Health Centre, 3 intakes a year.

  • Learn to Swim

    Women only learn to swim sessions for women from diverse ethnic backgrounds, designed to help non swimmers, beginners and returners build water confidence in a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment. Year round term time only.

  • Summer Programmes

    A range of spring and summer water based activities including surfing and outdoor swimming to build confidence, widen access to wild blue spaces, and feel the benefits of movement in nature..

  • Events and Workshops

    Throughout the year we run all kinds of workshops including cold water swimming, breast stroke to front crawl technique courses, breathing for swimming and also night glow swims. Check the page for latest updates.
